Ripping on an untuned car with a wideband guage spells destruction.
no missing link you should get a CEL and car will go into limp mode leaving you powerless.
also get that o2 on there so the computer can read the fuel ratio.
also after you get the exhaust connected it wont shit around as much on you. light back pressure seemed to help me; but not alot
well i got the o2 sensor in and hooked up my oil catch can and it ran great after that i took it to the drags and ran a 12.7 then a 12.2 on my second run didnt spin near as much and actually got it into 4th and put the spank down on a ford lightning lol… ok when i bought the car it smoked figured either valve seats or rings then it just kept getting worse so i pulled the head and replaced the head gasket and felt for play and couldnt feel any so i put it all back together and it didnt smoke as bad but it still smoked well on the way home from the drags it droped the #2 cylinder so i pulled the plug out it was soaked in oil tried and tried to get a tow couldnt ended up having to drive it i made it 10 miles from my house and threw a rod :bang: i told my friends it was going to but it was cold as f@*$ so i wasnt about to walk so it was fun while it lasted but im ordering a b20 this month some time
you blew it up already ? what was it tuned with?
street tune on jdm p30 i was going to get it dyno’d in okc and didnt even get hte chance but it’s cool the oil catch was milky anyway so i knew it was coming
was the motor in good shape before you put the kit on? , jeez that sucks
dont go b20, sleeves are really thin, not good for boost.
well it needed rings but thats it but i heard a b20 is a good turbo motor b/c of the low compression?? whats the best turbo motor??? ls??

it doesnt matter what site thread or what ever it happened and as they say they always run best right before they blow up but i dont care what you guys say n-e way i’ll have it all put together by the end of dec and when they open the track back up i’ll be there and back on here with proof of a slip!!!

actually u shoulda went cheap on ur turbo and expensive on ur mani. SSAC turbos are worth the money. they last realively well. manifolds never, ever last
You might not want to run your valve cover breather to the chargepiping. Blowing air into the valvecover isn’t good since its supposed to vent the valvetrain. So go buy a $5 breather filter and slap it on there.
