you don’t even need those vacum lines behind the dash. rip it all out and run a 94-up throttle body with the map on it.
yeah i was wondering how i was going to use that the gm part so i can boost over 15 pounds, where will i connect the map too is their a write up? or do i use the existing harness?
im also working on the dast thing here a pic not done yet, i need to sand it down and put some bondo
i had originally done this one but it blocks my view so i re did it
this is the one im going to use
im also working on a custom da rail to use the new seats, im still using stock brakets i just need to cut them pic up tomorrow
wow… this thing is crazy!!
the (i think the name is) purge solenoids next to the map you can throw out. the gm map needs to be spliced into your oem harness, in that case you don’t even need a 94 tb. just make an L bracket under your intake manifold to mount the map on and run a vacum line to it. super easy to hide. running a long vacum line might give inaccurate readings.
i havent updated any thing, ls/vtec, fully built other than sleeves motor show be installed this weekend if i got all my parts.
keep goin!!! sweet ride!
good luck with the mani man. they are pretty big for a 2nd gen engine bay.

alot of hands on work.you must love your DA. looks good
t3h ownage
seems like alot of extra work… but if you love your car or trying to go all out then its a good idea
cleanliness my friend cleanliness.
your fucking nuts why not slap the motor in and drive the thing seems like a waste of time unless your going to car shows but what ever :werd:
why not take some more time and make the bay look amazing rather than “slapping” the motor in and it looking stock.
im not trying to go to shows, i just like it to be clean, i just want to see the engine like if its floating, thats what seperates a car from car, for example jdm look or rice look. motor should be in by tues
Looks good man. Wire tuck isn’t as hard as people make it uot to be. Although I didn’t go as far as patching up un needed holes. Nice job
