i think it is a great idea if you use a big ass ic mounted to the valve cover, and run no hood. intimidate the mustang drivers.
it makes me smile that this thread is still alive
that motor looks like a perfect fit into the da chassis …
it’d be blocking the windshield and dragging on the ground but who cares… right?
top mount is together with a hoodscoop now :bump:
yours? :gotpics:
yessum…
doesnt look so great, hahahaha
function > form
so im curious why you went tmic instead of fmic
and i still want to see pics
less piping, and it was perfect fit…
here’s a pic, i just dont have an updated pic loaded yet with the new larger piping, and hoodscoop
use a gsr throttle body wheel and make a throttle cable bracket on your strut bar with the ls tb cable. it makes shit look much cleaner.
i dont wanna… hahahah
where you get that 3pnt strut bat?
made it…
was planning to start making some & selling, but having problems, and being packed with lots of work at the shop, and finding a stock DA to make it on, to clear all oem brackets/lines/etc
damn, nice work, i wish i knew how to weld
is that your battery up in front of the cowl?
welding is fun, if you have time, go to your local community college, sign up for a welding course. it’s only about $50 - $70 bucks for a 3 month course…
yes thats the battery… used to cover up some holes in the firewall :ohyeah:
yea, its definately a battery. you work at a shop now? any pix of the hood scoop? i have a 3pt da bar sitting around. ga’bage. what holds the battery there?
i’ll upload some pics in a couple of minutes from some shots i took last night…
battery - i made a box for the battery to sit in, then bolted the box onto the firewall. isnt a show piece, but gets the job done haha
ive tried hitting up my local cc but they let the auto guys sign up for those classes first and they always fill up
damn whats the pass seat? the scoop looks very ricey… maybe you should keep your hood off. LOL. im trying to figure out what im doing for an ic…
i know, i have mixed emotions about it…
i like it for what it is, but hate it for how it looks… we’ll see how it looks painted…
seat is from a S2000. have the other one in the garage… waiting to build my 600cc gokart then i’ll take the buddy club out, and put the s2k seat in. buddy club will be used in the gokart hahaahahah
