your suspension and pics

dropped on ksport coilovers.

don’t listen to your friend

Look at the part number on the box for your shocks and get the forks for those shocks. If they’re bigger than the stock shocks, you’ve most likely got the DC/EG ones.

dc and eg forks will fit on my DA?

Is this Benen RLTB made for the DA or is it for the 94-01 Teg?

yes

Skunk2 Pro S coilovers
and 16" sportmax 002’s

Kinda shitty night pics sry.

What do you guys HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting for our car? What’s the best bang for the buck. I know there’s the GC/KoniYellow way, which is probably the best combination for shocks and springs. Just want to know what’s the best out there. Because with my stock shocks close to being blown and shitless coilovers I wanna get a new car or go back to normal. But seeing the car ridin low is soo damn sexy!

Since this is suspension I have Matrix Adjustable Coilovers with stock struts. Sorry no pics tho, but imagine it on 14"steelies w/hubcaps with the fender sitting right ontop of the tire.

crohnman6: Do you have any pics of the front. I am thinking of getting those headlights. Thanks

yeah and here are some more some are b4 lowered just of the font tho

word i have those headlight i just havent put them in cause im not too into them i might sell them

jdmDAlove: Let me know if you do. How much shipped to 78250?

Koni/GC

hea vincent001 where did you get your benen rear lower tie bar from ?

wow, i just read all 10 pages :read:

anyways, i have a stock 93 ls and would like to lower it. for now, I am trying to decide between skunk2 springs or tien s.tech springs. honestly, stock shocks for now. maybe something better when i get my taxes in. I didnt see anybody with the S2 springs, and only 1 person with the tien s.tech. opinions?

from what ive read, the tein springs feel about the same as stock but with a drop. the skunk2’s will be stiffer. so if your looking for a stiffer ride, i’d go with the skunk2’s.

Anyobdy dropped their teg with stock shocks. How long they get out of em before having to replace or putting em under a lot of stress? I’m looking to get some brand new Eibach pros for a good price, but wont be getting shocks until later. Even if I dont get shocks I’ll probably still pick up the springs and store em until I get shocks.

cut eibach sportline springs, stock shocks.

Current setup:
Prothane poly bushings all around
Suspension Techniques rear swaybar
SPC front balljoint camber kit (bad idea for my setup)
SPC rear upper control arm camber kit
H&R Ultra Low Coil Over (Honda CRX model)
88-91 Honda Civic manual steering rack
New inner and outer tie rods
New balljoints
New front and rear wheel bearings
New OEM rear trailing arm bushings (bad idea for my setup)

Future mods:
HardRace spherical trailing arm bushings
Skunk2 front upper control arms
Z10 traction bar

Here’s some pics of the new H&R coilovers compared to my previous ITR Ohlins setup (keep in mind that ITR rear struts are shorter than DA struts):

Not even close:

After using a jack:

Test fit of the wheel:

How it sits now (rear at max height and front lowered about 1"):

(There is currently no camber in the rear and -1.5-2.0* in the front)

^ so you used rear ITR struts and didn’t need to go any lower? It’s at max height now? How does it ride? Also, why was it a bad idea that you’ve used the OEM RTA bushings?

There it is
