Does anyone here have h&r springs? In the process of buying new springs…so far i like neuspeed but i’d like to see how h&r’s are and reviews about it…
holy crap im all hyped now… I got full skunk2 coilovers and stock struts and shocks… what to upgrade to? im lookin for ALOT less bodyroll and tighter handling… as far as any other suspension work, I have front and rear upper strut bars… thanks
ChAdWiCk706, dude, gotta get some adjustable struts! your stock ones will die soon anyhow with those springs. Koni Yellows are nice, or just get some Tokico Illumina or KYB AGX, both adjustable (I have these). I put these on with stock springs and it was night and day difference, like going from an Accord to Miata. I also added a suspension techniques rear sway-bar. Didn’t notice any difference but I’m sure it helped. Don’t worry about lower tie-bars, they don’t do anything, but an energy-suspension master bushing set is always a good idea. good luck.

yes they do, which is why well prepped cars have them. the rear subframe on the DA is wafer thin, and the body as a whole flexes a lot.
you put high rate suspension on without added bracing and you’ll be fatiguing the crap out of a lot of your car.
you might not ‘feel’ it, but that doesn’t mean it’s not helping 
i recently ordered rear arms, lower tie bar, sway bar and front sway bar now all i need to do is install the camber kit and order up the shocks and struts… thanks for your help!! sry to hijack =(
i ended up getting the hp blues…i actually like them im on some coil overs …just thought of sharing with the others
i have the HR sports and KYB AGX’s and like them fine.
the HRs ride perfect for me, a little soft at times but are definately the spring of choice for the non auto-x tuner. as for the shocks, so far so good. here is a ride height pic.

on my 1st DA i had Eibach prokits with tokico blues and it rode great and handled ok, but it was too soft for me.
current DA: on blues with UGR coilovers 8k front 6k(skunk2 coilover imitations i believe) rear and still too soft for me, i think i want a 11k front 10k rear setup
ill post pics of my current drop tomorrow, the ride is actually great, but im upgrading to koni shocks soon and swift springs

here’s mine, tokcio HP’s with ebay coilovers and extended top hats that i bought from someone on here. front is all the way down and the rear is almost half way down but cant go lower until i get rid of my tusudo exhaust.

moreteck, what kind of front lip is that on your car ? it’s hard to tell fromthe pics but it looks like a type r style lip but different from anyone I have seen.
90-91 or 92-93 and where you got that lip would be awesome to know ?
Umm… just how the fuck did you manage to hit the 3 wheel motion? Were you doing some major hard turns when this pic was taken in order for the right rear wheel to lift like that or am I missing something here? Very cool pic nonethless!
