wow that looks hella nice. loving the headlights! where did you get the lip and the headlights from?

^ Lip is an ITR style, most speed shops have them.
Headlights are the ebay black housings.

Very very nice…How much did you have to cut the bumber for that intercooler to fit?? Also, where did you aquire the intercooler??
What size is that intercooler?
Fills up the grill perfectly!!
late but for whoever is wondering
its jrc 6 incher

well, when the bumper cover is off, it’s very flimsy…and i did have to cut quite a bit off, the whole front grill of course, the sides about 5 inches on each side, but i didnt want the pipes to show so i left like thin plastic on the side and had to cut a fair amout at the bootm… but, enough so i could still mount my lip.

The intercooler was taken from an old ford diesel cube truck…cut into 3rds and capped on both ends with a 2and3/4 diam nipples on both ends… id does sit lower then i wanted it to b/c i didnt want to cut into my rebar. The car was my DD so i didnt want to chance it without one. A few people have told me im dumb for leaving it, but id just rather not take the chance. I might notch into it a bit at the bottom to raise it enough so you just see the fins, but ill still make sure it still safe incase some douchbag slams on his brakes infront of me and i slam into him. I drive though toronto often and there’s been to many close calls b4 it accually will happend.

and there my life story about my FMIC

What do you guys use to cut your grills out of your bumper with?

da dremlizle

Oh so hot :jerkoff:… thats how a intercooler is suppose to fit

better late than never

here goes

I’ll update as I make progress, I’m on the bumper trimming process now while deciding what to do about the intercooler piping.

im running a 31 1/2" L x 8" H x 3 1/2" D precision intercooler with a jdm bumper support alot of cutting and hacking to make fit lol

Hey… what kind of intercooler is that. Love the fitment on that… looks almost stock-like!
Brand and dimensions please… thanks!

“db2” what camera did you use to take the up-close pics?

db2 what intercooler you running ? I’m assuming you still have A/C ?

I see one problem DB2. With the center inlet/outlet on you I/C, your piping will have to inter/exit at an angle. If you don’t use 45 degree cuplings, the pipes will rub the bumper supports. I got my I/C with offsets to avoid this problem.

here are all the intercoolers ive been threw over the past few years, the first one had the best fitment for the bumper mishimoto 6"/24"/2.5"/made 362hp with it.second is a spearco 8"/26"/3"/made 450hp with it ,now the garrett core 12"/24"/3.5" back door with bov flange, havent finished up the new setup so no #'s…

I’ll add mine to this
